Rushing Roofing is hiring remote appointment setters to help homeowners schedule free roof inspections after storm activity. 

Role Overview:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners in storm-affected areas
• Identify potential customers and qualify leads over the phone
• Schedule roof inspection appointments for our field team
• Follow up with homeowners and nurture leads
• Accurately track calls, notes, and appointments
• Following scripts and CRM process
• Transferring warm leads to sales reps

Requirements:

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Comfortable handling objections and staying persistent
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Previous sales or call center experience is a plus
• Reliable internet and headset
• Sales/call center experience preferred 
• Roofing experience is a plus

Compensation or Pay Structure:

Option 1 - Commission Only 

• $100 per qualified appointment set
• $250 if the roof closes 
• Or 2% of gross contract amount 

Option 2 - Tiered Performance Pay 

• 1-10 Appointments Set - Pay Per Appointment $35
• 11-20 Appointments Set - Pay Per Appointment $50
• 21-30 Appointments Set - Pay Per Appointment $65
• 30+ Appointment Set - Pay Per Appointment $80
• $200 weekly bonus for 20+ sits
• $500 monthly top performer bonus

Option 3 - Pay Per Sit + Close Bonus 

• $75 when homeowner actually meet reps
• $300 when roof closes
