Accountabilities:

The Program Associate will support the successful delivery, adoption, and optimization of operational initiatives by coordinating projects, improving workflows, and ensuring teams have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. This role requires strong organization, communication, and analytical skills to connect strategy with execution.

• Own the execution of assigned operational projects from initial planning through implementation, rollout, and adoption.
• Review, update, and improve standard operating procedures and operational documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability.
• Lead change management activities by identifying impacted teams, supporting training efforts, and monitoring adoption after launches.
• Partner with program leaders, operational teams, and product stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions and requirements.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve documentation processes, automate operational checks, and identify workflow improvements.
• Act as a bridge between frontline teams and strategic initiatives by collecting feedback, identifying challenges, and recommending improvements.
• Define project success metrics, track outcomes, and use operational data to evaluate performance and support decision-making.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through regular updates, documentation, and progress reporting.
• Support product and tooling improvements by helping identify operational pain points and contributing to solution design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, deadlines, and quality standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proactive, adaptable professional who enjoys working across multiple teams and turning ambiguous challenges into structured solutions. They should combine project coordination experience with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and comfort working in technology-driven environments.

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Strong change management skills, including experience rolling out new processes, tools, or workflows and driving adoption.
• Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze operational information, measure outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear updates, documentation, and recommendations.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and using tools such as Google Suite, Notion, AI platforms, and collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to proactively manage timelines, risks, and project details.
• Ability to travel occasionally to operational locations for implementation, testing, and onsite support.
• Experience in a startup, high-growth environment, hospitality operations, short-term rentals, or product collaboration is a plus.
• Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, process improvement methodologies, or technical team collaboration is beneficial.
