Description Client: Role: Collections Specialist Location: Richmond, VA 23224 Duration: 04 Months Contract - Possibility of extension Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00PM Job Description:
- Managing a pipeline of accounts where the client has defaulted on a loan secured by real property.
- The Bank will take possession of that collateral in an attempt to re-coup the money it has not been paid.
- Job duties include communicating with FC attorneys, updating of accounts as appropriate, preparing of bids and moving accounts to REO.
- MS Office
- Good written communication skills
- Self-starter
- Default, Collections, FC, Loss Mitigation background
- Reliable means to report in office 5 days per week for duration.
