$55k/Yr Experienced General Manager

Do you have a passion for mentoring and inspiring teams and operational excellence? As a General Manager you will provide leadership to shift managers, crew trainers and crew members to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our customers. You must demonstrate leadership by managing manager and crew schedules, inventory, training and planned maintenance. Your ability to develop a team, work independently while still being accountable and build constructive and effective relationships will ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. You will monitor safety, security and profitability and ensure proper communication throughout the team. You will be responsible for setting and meeting targets and for managing the people, kitchen, guest services and maintenance departments and helping them meet their goals. Previous General Management experience is required, preferably with McDonald’s. Most importantly we’re looking for team players who can elevate the morale in the restaurant, help drive the team, create a fun environment and produce exemplary results in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Starting pay rate begins at $55,000/year and up upon completion of Leading Great Restaurants class.
