Service Technician – Join the John Vance Auto Group Team!

Pay: $75,000 - $120,000+ per year (based on experience and certifications)

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus Available (based on experience) + Relocation Assistance

Location: Guthrie, OK

• Individual MDI, laptop, and iPad for every technician
• Experienced management team
• Senior service advisors who help keep work flowing
• Dedicated parts counter representatives

• Automotive service and repair experience
• OEM dealership experience preferred
• ASE Certifications and/or manufacturer certifications are a major plus
• Drivability, electrical, diesel, and transmission experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to continue training and professional development
• Must provide your own tools

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors and shop leadership
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Document repairs and complete repair orders thoroughly
• Provide labor time estimates when needed
• Stay current on factory technical bulletins and training
• Assist in mentoring and training developing technicians
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations
