The Warehouse team plays a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring efficient operations within a small, close-knit environment. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and organizing the warehouse to support smooth workflows and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory to maintain accuracy and availability
- Handle shipping and receiving of goods efficiently
- Pick orders accurately and prepare them for dispatch
- Operate forklifts safely for loading and unloading
- Load and unload trucks as needed
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing stock
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Replenish stock to maintain warehouse organization and availability
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations
Performance Heating & Cooling has 4 divisions each with separate management Serving Central Ohio since 2008. Service/Replacement, Residential New Construction, Multi-Family New Construction, and Light Commercial New Construction. We have a diverse work load to keep our company strong and keep our employees working steady.
