Shift Details: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM, 3 shifts per week, 36 scheduled hours.

Job Order Details: Start date 08/07/2026, end date 11/06/2026, duration 13 weeks.

Client Details: City Athens, State TN, Zip Code 37303, Trauma Level Level 3.

Cancellation Policy: Provider or facility can cancel assignment with a minimum 2-week notice with no penalty. $1,500 cancellation fee without 2 weeks notice, for both providers and facility. Term with cause - no penalty. Facility can cancel 2 shifts per 13-week contract with no penalty - guaranteed hours only apply at the 3rd cancellation. Right to hire with no penalty after 13-week assignment completed. Late cancellation of shift by client affiliate or HealthTrust: pay subcontractor for the greater of the number of hours worked or 4 hours. Cancelled before 12 p.m. client affiliate time business day prior to shift for per diem staff - no charge. Cancelled after 12 p.m. client affiliate time business day prior to shift for per diem staff.
