LPN PRN

If you're a Licensed Practical Nurse who finds purpose in building relationships and delivering truly person-centered care, we invite you to bring your compassion and clinical expertise to our award-winning, wellness-focused luxury senior living community. In this role, you'll support residents across assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing, assessing, planning, and providing high-quality care while partnering closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You'll play a hands-on role in supporting daily needs, documenting care with accuracy, and communicating openly to ensure continuity and trust. As a leader on the floor, you'll guide and collaborate with CNAs, respond confidently in emergency situations, and uphold all federal, state, and organizational standards of care and confidentiality. We're looking for someone who is not only clinically skilled, but also committed to teamwork, continuous improvement, and creating meaningful moments for those we serve. A current LPN license and CPR/AED certification are required, along with a passion for delivering safe, respectful, and engaging care.

PRN position available. Flexible schedules, w eekend, and holiday availability required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required:

• Current State Nursing License.
• CPR/AED certification.

The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and current market conditions.
