F&I Manager – Responsible for finance and insurance decisions, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experience during vehicle purchase. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers, transition them from Sales to Finance. Work directly with employees and customers to build relationships. Determine financing needs and offer payment options through a consultative interview. Present a fully transparent pricing menu with financing options and products. Process finance transactions and maintain 100% compliance with state and federal laws. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals. Set and achieve targeted sales goals. Maintain superior product knowledge to assist customers. Handle administrative processes timely and in compliance with company policy. Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience. Ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Highly detail‑oriented and organized. Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience with technology and desire to work with it. Prior sales experience preferred (not required).
