Production Coordinator JIA JIA | Westlake Village, CA | Full-Time | On-Site Compensation: $30–38/hour DOE At JIA JIA, we create fine jewelry and luxury home objects inspired by the beauty and energy of natural gemstones. Our products are carried by some of the world’s leading luxury retailers, and we’re entering an exciting phase of growth as we build our new headquarters in Westlake Village. We’re looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to become a key member of our growing team. This is more than a production role—it’s an opportunity to help build the operational foundation of a rapidly growing luxury brand. You’ll work closely with our founder and leadership team to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality, organization, and craftsmanship. What You’ll Do Coordinate production orders from manufacturing through delivery Communicate with manufacturing partners and vendors Receive, inspect, barcode, and organize inventory Perform quality control on fine jewelry and home products Prepare wholesale and ecommerce shipments Maintain accurate inventory across Shopify and internal systems Help organize and optimize our warehouse and production workflows Develop and improve operational processes as we scale We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Exceptionally organized Highly detail-oriented Proactive and dependable Calm under pressure Passionate about luxury products and craftsmanship Excited to grow with a fast-paced entrepreneurial company Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in production, operations, inventory, logistics, or supply chain Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer products is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable learning new systems such as Shopify, Airtable, and inventory software Proactive and problem solver Compensation & Growth $30–38/hour, depending on experience Full-time, on-site in Westlake Village, CA Opportunity for advancement into Senior Production Coordinator, Production Manager, or Operations Manager as the company grows If you’re someone who loves bringing order to complexity, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to help build a luxury brand from the inside out, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
