To The Rescue in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support staffing and growth for our services helping individuals with disabilities. This onsite role emphasizes relationship-building and proactive sourcing to connect with diverse candidates. You will source candidates, screen via phone, partner with hiring managers, and move candidates through interviews. We value initiative, strong communication, and a learning mindset; prior recruiting experience helps, but drive and #J-18808-Ljbffr
