Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Occupational Therapist credential verification is required to start.
• CPR (Basic) is required to start.
• Completed Orientation Documents are required to start.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8 hours.
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week.
