Call Center Sales and Customer Support Agent - T Mobile - TPA

Job Description

Join OneTouch Direct as a Call Center Sales and Customer Support Agent in Tampa, FL supporting T-Mobile and be part of a dedicated team delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth! Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!

GREAT Earning opportunities: Competitive hourly pay PLUS uncapped bonuses!
6 checks per month : Weekly bonus payouts plus bi-weekly hourly pay checks!

In this sales position, you will:

Take inbound and make outbound calls, and chat inquires to potential and existing customers promoting products and services.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to boost sales.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous sales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced sales environment.
Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking during calls.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
