Regional Vice President of Sales

My client is an established Home Care organization specializing in Private Duty Home Care and long-term care insurance. They are looking for an experienced sales leader to manage a team of four Sales Representatives across the South East Coast of Florida, drive business growth and support expansion into additional regions. The Company: Established in 2011 Specialises in Private Duty Home Care and long-term care insurance Also provides therapy services, creating opportunities to cross-sell Excellent reputation, with five-star Google ratings Employee-focused and supportive culture, with a clear commitment to its mission Strong operational support, with a hands-on Director of Operations Looking to expand across Florida The role: Lead and manage a team of four Sales Representatives across South Florida Develop and implement sales strategies to drive Private Duty Home Care growth Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community and healthcare sector Identify new business opportunities and increase market share in a competitive market for your team Support, coach and develop the existing sales team to achieve their targets Work closely with Operations to ensure sales activity aligns with service delivery Identify opportunities to cross-sell Home Care and Therapy services Support the company's wider expansion plans across Florida Extensive experience within Private Duty Home Care is essential Proven experience in sales leadership and managing a team of Sales Representatives Strong understanding of the Private Duty market and long-term care insurance Track record of building community relationships and generating new business Commercially minded, with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Open, honest and supportive leadership style Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a competitive market $130,000–$150,000 basic salary, depending on experience Significant commission based on top-line revenue Additional bonus opportunities Up to $800 monthly car allowance Four weeks' PTO Flexible working arrangements, with no fixed office attendance requirements Supportive, employee-focused company culture Opportunity to lead an established sales team and influence business growth Significant progression potential as the company expands throughout Florida #J-18808-Ljbffr Domus Search
