Senior Software Engineer - Unified Modeling

Salary: $179,200 - 268,800 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline, along with 7 years of industry experience.
• We need expert-level machine learning experience, including a strong history of developing and deploying deep learning solutions with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or comparable frameworks.
• We require hands-on experience building perception systems with sensors such as cameras, radar, and LiDAR.
• We need strong expertise in computer vision, perception, and point cloud processing.
• We expect a proven record of shipping computer vision software products to industry or consumers.
• We require at least 5 years of development experience in Python/C++ environments.
• A Ph.D. with a machine learning focus, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
• Experience developing and deploying temporal computer vision models is a plus.

• We develop spatio-temporal machine learning models for detection, multi-sensor fusion, segmentation, and related applications.
• We review research, analyze raw data, and design state-of-the-art solutions.
• We move solutions from the lab to the test track and public roads to support production use.
• We collaborate with perception specialists and experienced roboticists on algorithm design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and productization.
• We build and maintain strong software engineering practices and principles.
• We create clean, efficient software for perception modules that integrate with other key systems.
• We contribute proactively and thrive as valued team members in a fast-paced, innovative, entrepreneurial environment.
