We are looking for a Supply Management Specialist to support sourcing, procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, and order fulfillment activities. The candidate will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials are delivered on time, inventory levels are maintained, and production requirements are met.

We are looking for a Supply Management Specialist to support sourcing, procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, and order fulfillment activities. The candidate will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials are delivered on time, inventory levels are maintained, and production requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze supplier quotations and assist with supplier selection decisions.
- Work with suppliers to improve quality, cost, delivery, and performance.
- Support inventory planning and material flow activities.
- Resolve shipping, receiving, invoicing, and payment issues.
- Assist with cost reduction and sourcing initiatives.
- Participate in supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to resolve supplier issues.
- Expedite parts and materials when required to support production.
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Business Agriculture, Accounting, or a related field.
