Vice President of Growth & Transformation

The VP of Growth & Transformation personally owns end-to-end accountability for one of our client partnerships: the client relationship, the growth marketing strategy that drives acquisition and retention, and the P&L The VP also directs the agentic systems that power delivery, staying fluent enough to set direction, evaluate tradeoffs, and hold dotted-line engineering, data, and product partners accountable to the strategy This role requires a leader who can operate at the C-suite level with clients, own a P&L, run a growth-marketing ecosystem, get into the details of operational execution, and direct a cross-functional team toward measurable business results Client Partnership & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for an assigned client, managing senior stakeholder relationships through strategic planning, execution, and renewal Understand evolving client objectives and translate them into growth marketing strategy, scaled by agentic systems Lead strategic reviews, executive reporting, and client-facing communications that tie performance and data insights to business outcomes Collaborate with internal leaders and executives on contract structure, pricing, and long-term partnership planning Growth Marketing Strategy & P&L Ownership: Own the growth marketing strategy for the client partnership, with direct accountability for customer acquisition, media-funnel performance, and retention Own the P&L for the partnership inclusive of pricing, resourcing, and commercial outcomes, making decisions needed to hit revenue and margin targets Agentic Growth Operating System Strategy & Build Direction: Set the strategy and direction for agentic workflows that scale customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value for the client Direct a dotted-line team of creative, engineering, data, and product partners who design and build the agentic systems that power delivery Maintain fluency in agentic architectures — multi-step workflows, API integrations, LLM-powered reasoning, RAG — sufficient to make design tradeoffs, challenge engineering decisions, and evaluate success rate Partner with cross-functional team leads to ensure strategy is technically executable and built to scale Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI systems in production, including accuracy, latency, cost, and fallback logic Delivery Oversight & Operational Execution: Own overall program delivery for the client partnership — planning, execution, monitoring, and iteration across all active workstreams to drive business outcomes Coordinate with cross-functional leads across Operations, Technology, Data, and Compliance to manage resources, timelines, and quality standards Ensure AI-native workflows are deployed responsibly across workstreams, in compliance with industry and client-specific regulations Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define and manage quantifiable KPIs tied to P&L outcomes across customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue Leverage SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and/or Python to analyze performance and surface actionable insight for strategy and execution Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations communicating outcomes, roadmap progress, and business impact to client stakeholders Build business cases for new initiatives based on data and measurable outcome targets Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of directors, analysts, and operators across the client team — growth marketing and compliance report to you directly Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Partner with senior leadership to shape team structure, headcount planning, and talent development for the account Business Development Support: Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client engagements through growth marketing and AI-driven transformation Contribute to internal strategy discussions, pricing models, and value proposition development as the client POV Benefits Hybrid Schedule & Flexible PTO: Take advantage of 3-4 days in-office per week and 1-2 WFH days per week (varying by team), and a robust Paid Time Off program that includes logging off for “Winter Week.” Family Support, Planning, and Fertility: Our benefit offerings support every unique path to parenthood including fertility, egg freezing, adoption, surrogacy, parental bonding, and more. Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams, including dotted-line technical partners, in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Deep experience defining and managing KPIs tied to acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes 10+ years leading growth marketing, media-funnel, or customer acquisition strategy, in consulting, digital operations, or strategic planning Proven track record owning client relationships and P&L/commercial outcomes at the VP or C-suite level Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to drive decisions and system optimization Strong understanding of agentic systems and modern AI architectures (LLM integrations, RAG, API-driven decisioning), with fluency sufficient to direct and evaluate technical teams building these systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build strong client relationships and translate complex systems into executive-ready insights #J-18808-Ljbffr Red Ventures
