Regional Vice President

Regional Vice PresidentFindTalent is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Vice President to lead regional operations with a focus on substations and transmission & distribution projects across the South Central region. This senior leadership role requires a strategic, hands-on executive capable of overseeing multiple high-voltage infrastructure projects, managing diverse teams, and ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction. The role includes periodic site visits to support project oversight and operational alignment.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership in substations and T&D project delivery, regional management, and team development. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, effective decision-making, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive leadership for regional operations, specifically for substation and transmission & distribution projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives.Oversee project execution, operational efficiency, and financial performance across multiple sites.Lead and mentor regional managers, project teams, and operational staff to build high-performing teams.Monitor and improve regional performance metrics, including profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Conduct site visits to assess operations, resolve technical challenges, and provide strategic guidance.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.Drive initiatives to improve operational processes, workforce development, and safety culture.Support business development and growth initiatives, including strategic planning and contract management.Key QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's preferred.12+ years of progressive leadership experience, including regional or multi-site management in substations and transmission & distribution operations.Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver operational excellence in high-voltage infrastructure projects.Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L oversight.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic leadership skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Willingness to travel regularly for regional oversight and site visits.Additional InformationThis is a senior leadership role with high visibility across the region.Regular travel to project sites is expected.Role may involve exposure to outdoor environments, substations, and operational conditions.Sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.Why Apply?
