As a Full-Time Asphalt Plant Loader Operator at J.T. Russell and Sons, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient asphalt production. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a wheeled loader safely to feed the asphalt plant during production cycles. You’ll also be tasked with maintaining a clean work environment by removing debris using the loader, skid steer, or shovel. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance on both the asphalt plant and mobile equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your proactive approach will contribute to overall production efficiency, and you’ll have the opportunity to assist with other production and maintenance activities, making every day diverse and engaging. What You Need To Be Successful To excel as a Full-Time Asphalt Plant Loader Operator at J.T. Russell and Sons, you need a strong foundation of skills and experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience operating a wheeled loader, along with a solid understanding of maintenance practices, is essential.
