You'll be responsible for developing technicians and frontline leaders, improving key performance indicators, maintaining operational accountability, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time reviewing performance, coaching team members, leading meetings and training, conducting ride-alongs, partnering with dispatch, and identifying opportunities to improve results.
