Marketplace Growth Lead — Drive Adoption & Revenue (Palo Alto)

Swarms is seeking a Head of Marketplace Growth in Palo Alto to own business development for our marketplace. You will proactively reach out to users, build relationships, and drive adoption of agents and tools across the platform, acting as the bridge between users and product.

You will lead growth, activation, and revenue targets, develop partnerships with agent builders, buyers, and enterprise customers, and collaborate with product to improve the marketplace experience.
