Senior Analyst, Corporate Controllers - Accounting

Job Overview As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide accounting, financial analysis, and data analysis to support monthly rebate accruals and FP&A reporting requirements. You will extract information from multiple data warehouses, calculate complex rebate terms, and contribute to creative solutions. You will support several functions, including closing the rebates book of business and performing financial analysis. In this role, you will support the formulary rebate business, review all rebates from drug manufacturers, and account for rebates that can be passed to clients. You will track performance against client commitments and directly impact the company’s P&L. Key Responsibilities Extract data from various data warehouses and tables to calculate rebate terms. Perform complex financial calculations and contribute to the rebate accrual process. Provide support for close activities for the rebates book of business. Analyze financials, report variances, and identify drivers. Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis activities. Required Qualifications 3-5 years work experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, and experience with large datasets. Education Bachelor’s degree required. Compensation and Hours Anticipated weekly hours: 40 Time type: Full time Typical pay range: $46,988.00 – $112,200.00 (base hourly rate or annual full‑time salary). Base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
