As a Maintenance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations by coordinating maintenance discrepancies and corrections on all operational aircraft.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance discrepancies and corrections on operational aircraft.
• Monitor mechanical problems on the line, striving to minimize maintenance recovery time.
• Enter flight delay and cancellation data into the M&E system for operational reliability.
• Coordinate parts, manpower requirements, and travel arrangements for field repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with outstation maintenance requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments for equipment changes and maintenance planning.
• Ensure adherence to Security and Safety Management System protocols.
• Act as Maintenance Control Duty Manager in their absence.

Qualifications:

• Current Airframe and Powerplant Certification.
• Minimum of two years of CRJ or part 121 line maintenance experience.
• Good standing within the industry (STEP 1 violations considered).
• Proficiency in English language skills.
• Authorization to work in the US.
