Salary:

$40.00–$55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Sunday: Off
• Monday: Off
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Radiology Technician to join an orthopedic practice serving multiple locations. This role is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging, assisting physicians with patient care, operating radiology equipment, and ensuring compliance with radiation safety standards. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for radiological procedures and obtain high-quality diagnostic X-rays.

• Operate CR X-ray equipment and C-Arm during procedures as needed.

• Follow radiation safety protocols and ALARA standards to protect patients and staff.

• Collaborate closely with physicians and physician assistants to support patient care.

• Maintain radiology equipment and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

• Stock and organize radiology rooms and supplies.

• Train and mentor new employees and students on imaging procedures and equipment.

• Assist with patient intake, suture and staple removal, and preparing injections as needed.

• Apply and remove casts, splints, and orthopedic braces following training.

• Maintain accurate documentation and support efficient daily clinic operations.

Qualifications:
License:

• RTR (Required)
• ARRT Certification

• Experience in diagnostic radiology; orthopedic experience preferred.

• Proficiency in operating CR X-ray equipment and C-Arm.

• Strong understanding of radiation safety and ALARA standards.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
