Senior HRBP

This Senior HR Business Partner role supports US-based teams and plays a pivotal role in shaping HoneyBook’s culture and scaling our people strategy, reporting to the Director of HRBP in Tel Aviv. Role is hybrid to our San Francisco office, 3 days per week in office. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and translate them into impactful people strategies that foster team health, engagement, and performance. Support teams through organizational design, change management, and cultural transformation—ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth transitions. Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, guiding managers through complex people matters with empathy, professionalism, and discretion. Own and implement core HR initiatives such as performance management, compensation planning, recognition, and employee engagement programs that reinforce our values and business objectives. Monitor talent and HR trends, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and keep the organization competitive. Qualifications 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech or high‑growth environment. Strong strategic thinking and creative problem‑solving skills. Experience supporting US‑based teams and knowledge of US employment law. Outstanding communication skills—clear, confident, and empathetic, able to influence across all levels and thrive in a global, cross‑cultural environment. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities. Collaborative mindset with a flexible, can‑do attitude—especially when partnering with cross‑functional teams.
