Project Manager

Position Objective Manage construction, renovation, office reconfiguration, laboratory relocation, occupancy, and space-management initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Plan and manage facility-related projects, including infrastructure, renovations, relocations, occupancy, workplace modernization, and closeout. Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, action logs, budgets, estimates, and project documentation. Coordinate scientific, administrative, facilities, architecture/engineering, IT, vendor, and other stakeholders; facilitate and document meetings. Monitor project status, resources, risks, issues, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance; recommend mitigation and corrective action. Provide technical support for laboratory, clinical, animal research, data center, office, and other mission-critical environments while maintaining operational continuity. Prepare status reports, risk registers, change records, technical analyses, executive briefings, presentations, data-call responses, and closeout reports. Support CAD drawings, space planning studies, relocation plans, customer engagement, and decision-support products as assigned. Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, professional, current, and compliant with Government requirements and applicable federal facility practices. Develop CAD-based space plans and plan relocation sequencing, staging, vendors, resources, and post-move validation. Maintain and validate IWMS/CAFM occupancy, asset, and facility information. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an accepted combination of directly relevant education and experience consistent with the contractual labor category. Minimum 11-13 years of related experience supporting a variety of projects, appropriate to the assigned PM level. Experience with facility infrastructure and building systems and with laboratory, clinical, animal research, data center, administrative, or comparable environments. Demonstrated project scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, customer-service, written communication, and executive-presentation skills. Ability to obtain and maintain required Government credentials and facility access. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor-level education related to interior design, merchandising, marketing, logistics, facilities, or project management. 11 or more years of facilities, space, move, or logistics project-management experience. Proficiency with FM:Interact or other IWMS/CAFM platforms, ServiceNow, CAD, and Microsoft Office.
