About the Position

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: MRI Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: ARRT (MR) or MRIT Required Certifications: Required certifications include ARRT (MR) or MRIT. Must-Have: Client experience with critical care. 2 or more years of experience. Description: The MRI department is located within a 300-bed hospital. It is staffed with 4 personnel. The staffing includes 1 day shift, 1 mid shift, 1 evening shift, and 1 overnight shift. The night shift comprises 1 personnel. Patient ratios are not applicable. The equipment used is Siemens Sola. The electronic medical record system is Meditech. Typical procedures performed include all inpatient and emergency room MRIs. This encompasses brain, spine, and general MRIs. A good communication skill and being a team player are essential for this role. Preferred skills include overnight experience and experience with pacemakers. Dress code requires an olive green top and black bottoms. There are no weekend or on-call requirements for this position.
