In Columbus, our Team Jeni's Ambassadors have the opportunity to earn an average of $20.11 per hour.* *This is an estimate of hourly earnings. It is based on the 2026 base pay rate, plus 2025's hourly tip average. 2026 actual customer tips may vary. In Ohio, if the average hourly earnings of an Ambassador are less than $15 per hour in a two‑week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to the person’s paycheck so that their average hourly earnings reach $15 per hour for that pay period. We are searching for Ambassadors to join our Short North team. Team Jeni’s Ambassadors are part‑time, front‑line crew members. They scoop and serve ice cream, make waffle products, run the register, keep the shop clean, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform a number of other important, related tasks. Responsibilities Serve ice cream, waffle products, and other items to customers. Operate the register and handle payments. Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene. Change out buckets of ice cream and restock supplies. Assist teammates and uphold a positive, fast‑paced work environment. Qualities & Qualifications Passion for community and eye for detail. Willingness to clean (a lot) and stamina to serve people in long lines. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams differentiators to articulate to customers. Provide consistent, world‑class service to every customer. Reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift.
