Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams, including engineering, estimating, logistics, and purchasing. Implement final customer purchase orders in coordination with sales representatives. Communicate with customers regarding quote requests and order statuses. Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and responsiveness. Support business development by researching potential clients. Maintain and run management reports. Assist in creating sales presentations and marketing communications. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications of the Sales Support Specialist: 13 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a related field. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
