Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator Job Description Reports to the Director of BHS and is responsible for coordinating and supervising all programming activities, including therapy groups, structured activities, direct patient care, therapy, assessments, and ongoing activities. The Program Coordinator also provides input on evaluations of nursing and therapy staff and maintains the SBL Standards of Performance. Responsibilities Completes evaluation of programming effectiveness. Demonstrates in depth knowledge of group processes. Leads therapy staff and tech/care partner staff in providing programming for all patients. Maintains the SBL Standards of Performance. Provides direction for therapy, tech/care partner staff to provide meaningful activities. Requirements Master's Degree (Required). Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Compensation Estimated range: $32.10 - $49.76 per hour, pay based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
