Responsibilities include sourcing through job boards and networks, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate ATS records while ensuring compliance. You will promote Securitas’ culture of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness, support hiring events, and help build strong, diverse teams that protect people, property, and communities nationwide.
