About the Role:

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation of residential or rental properties within the real estate and leasing industry. Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including reaching overhead and floor care.
• Basic mathematical skills to measure cleaning supplies and follow quantitative instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in residential or rental property settings.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures.
• Certification in cleaning or sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate floor care machinery such as buffers or scrubbers.
• Customer service experience to interact professionally with tenants and property staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing to maintain pristine conditions.
• Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture in accordance with established protocols.
• Follow detailed oral and written instructions to complete daily cleaning schedules and special requests.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
• Reach overhead and other difficult-to-access areas to clean vents, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with property management and other staff to ensure timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
