Client Development Intern - Fragrance And Beauty

Summary Five-month, full-time in-person internship supporting the Client Experience Team within Fragrance and Beauty at the corporate office. The role involves assisting with planning and execution of events and client experiences, administrative tasks, and project support while participating in the Generation H internship program. Responsibilities Support planning organizing and execution of fragrance and beauty initiatives Manage trackers and calendars Provide pre and post event support including recaps and data collection Conduct and compile competitive market research for events activations and services Support on site event execution and pre event prep work Contribute to creative brainstorming for client experiences and hospitality Compile and write post event recaps for internal communications Perform miscellaneous special projects for the CDCRM team Provide administrative support for invoice processing contracts and budgets Requirements Enrolled in an Associates Bachelors or Masters degree program Retail experience within cosmetics fragrance beauty or skincare preferred Previous internship experience in fashion or luxury is a plus Ability to prioritize multi task and manage multiple projects Ability to take initiative work independently and maintain confidentiality Strong verbal and written communication skills Time sensitive accurate and highly dependable Proficiency with Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Word #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
