Manager Accounting

This highly visible role partners with senior leadership, finance stakeholders, and external advisors to drive accounting policy development, reporting compliance, and process improvements. - Lead implementation and financial reporting initiatives
- Research and interpret accounting standards and provide recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance reporting processes and internal controls
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and organizational readiness
- Lead and develop a team while supporting ongoing accounting operations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA and/or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience, preferably within insurance
- Strong knowledge of accounting research
- Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills
