SK hynix is looking for an HR Mobility Specialist who will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support services related to global mobility management, with a focus on supporting expatriates. This role involves coordinating and managing various aspects of global mobility, including payments, documentation, and issue resolution. The specialist works closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process. The HR Mobility Specialist plays a crucial role in successfully relocating and managing expatriate employees.

Responsibilities:

• Support expatriates and their families in their overall work for relocation to the US and accompany them as needed.
• Assist transferees and families in opening bank accounts for expatriates by setting up an appointment with a bank relationship manager.
• Facilitate temporary housing accommodations for new transferees and families throughout the initial transaction of the rental period.
• Provide the family with insulation from unnecessary and confusing multiple communication points, such as origin and destination partners.
• Coordinate appointments to apply for a Social Security Number and guide them through the application at the Social Security Office.
• Coordinate appointments for application for driver's license, driver's written and driving test.
• Set up school registrations for new transferees and family's children; coordinate between doctor and school for vaccination requirements for children.
• Discover 3rd party related to relocation and maintain relationships to provide necessary information to expatriates in a timely manner.
• Collect various information for expatriates, process it into a form suitable for them.
• Document all critical correspondence and communication with the transferee and partners.
• Provide clients with transferee status updates, keeping them abreast of issues and solutions that arise, so they are always knowledgeable.
• Coordinate with all internal departments/functions to ensure a successful transferee process.
• Coordinate and assist with the CPA on annual tax filing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within the provided range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience. Your Recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $75,000 USD
