What You'll Do

As the Bar Manager, you will lead all aspects of the bar operation, including team development, guest satisfaction, inventory management, and financial performance. You will create a positive and energetic environment for both guests and team members while ensuring operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Previous bar management, restaurant management, or hospitality leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Experience managing inventory, ordering, and controlling beverage costs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Dependable, professional, and guest-focused.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and beverage cost controls.
• Create staff schedules and oversee daily bar operations.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol service, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor sales, labor, and profitability goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment.
• Support hiring, training, and ongoing team development.
