Join a respected Connecticut specialty construction company where you'll coordinate the proposal process from bid opportunity through final submission. Working closely with project managers, estimators, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, you'll play an important role in helping secure exciting commercial construction projects.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the proposal process from bid invitation through final submission
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Gather pricing from subcontractors and vendors
• Prepare proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate RFIs, site visits, and proposal schedules
• Proofread and review proposal documents for accuracy
• Assist with estimating support and preconstruction documentation
• Ensure proposals are complete, accurate, and submitted on time

• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction industry experience
• Three or more years of experience in construction, proposal coordination, estimating, project coordination, construction administration, or a related role
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy
