On-Call Part-Time Skilled Maintenance Technician - Healthcare Facility

Chandler Hall in Newtown, PA seeks a part-time Skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring and general building repairs. The role also maintains grounds including snow removal and requires on-call rotation. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a long-term care setting preferred, ability to work on call evenings/weekends, and a valid driver's license.
