Medical Assistant The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting providers in the delivery of healthcare and patient care management. Greet and show patients to examination rooms. Obtain and accurately record patient medical history and reason for visit. Assist providers as they examine and treat patients and assist with procedures as necessary. Perform tasks such as doing wound checks, giving injections, removing sutures and notifying patients of biopsy results. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Surgical Technician (Part Time available) Duties include: Assisting Physician in Mohs Surgery providing quality care to patients Maintain patients' medical records Review medical history Obtain appropriate consents Send in prescriptions Perform patient call backs Schedule Surgeries Obtain Pre-Authorizations Preferred Requirements Certified Surgical Tech Preferred (but willing to train in house the right person) At least one year of Dermatology experience preferred.
