Job Duties:
- Responsible for parking facility and personnel
- Effectively communicate with clients and employees
- Recruit, interview and hire new employees
- Ensure employees receive proper training
- Monitor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Ensure payroll is prepared and transmitted
- Monitor safety program compliance
Qualifications:
- 3+ years management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven abilities with budgeting, expense control and scheduling
- Management experience, budgeting, scheduling experience required
Starting Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience)
