Now Hiring: Housekeeper – O'Fallon, MO 63366

Pay: $18-19/hr

Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 10am-3pm (with our w/o lunch)

Contract or Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support an apartment community in O'Fallon, MO 63366. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys providing a high standard of cleanliness for residents and guests.

• Clean and maintain vacant apartment units, common areas, breezeways, and other community spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and other interior surfaces
• Remove trash and debris from apartments and common areas
• Assist with preparing vacant units for new residents
• Maintain cleanliness of community amenities and shared spaces
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the onsite team
• Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and presentable
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, apartment turnover, or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
• Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift as needed to perform job duties
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team
• Ability to work Monday–Friday
