Position Responsibilities Take on fast-moving projects and business challenges, using data and critical thinking to uncover opportunities and recommend solutions. Partner with teams across Uline — from Sales and Customer Service to IT and Distribution Operations — to gain whole business knowledge and support strategic initiatives. Experience solving business challenges through internships, coursework or professional experience preferred. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic, critical thinking and eagerness to learn. Familiarity working with data and Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL and Power BI a plus.
