FTZ Coordinator

FPD, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced FTZ Coordinator to manage daily Foreign Trade Zone operations, customs brokerage activities, and international trade compliance. Key Responsibilities Support daily/weekly FTZ filings and documentation in compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, including Forms 214, 3461, 7501, 7512, and related filings Monitor FTZ inventory movements, admissions, transfers, withdrawals, and reconciliation processes Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure timely shipment and documentation processing Review import/export documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding shipment status, documentation, and compliance matters Identify and investigate discrepancies related to inventory, entries, and shipment documentation Utilize Magaya, ACELYNK, ACE, and related logistics/compliance systems to process transactions and maintain accurate records Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies across FTZ and brokerage operations Qualifications 2+ years of experience in FTZ operations, customs brokerage, import/export logistics, or trade compliance Working knowledge of FTZ regulations, CBP procedures, and customs documentation filings and requirements Familiarity with CBP ACE portal, in-bond procedures, and inventory control processes Experience with Magaya and/or ACELYNK strongly preferred Strong understanding of import/export documentation and logistics workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Foreign Parts Distributors - OE Brand by FPD
