Compensation Starting hiring pay at: $11.00. Entry‑level position with paid training. Within the first year, crew members can earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Job Responsibilities Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Kneel, bend, twist or stoop. Ascend or descend stairs. Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline). Excellent verbal and written communication. Show up for scheduled shifts on time. Clean tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant. Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently. Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food. Multitask effectively under a fast‑paced environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Age 16years or older. Provide customers with quick and friendly service. Work collaboratively as a team to ensure continuity of service. Excel under pressure and maintain a fast pace. Align with Raising Cane’s culture by balancing working hard and having fun.
