We will train as needed and give you a career that grows with you! If you are experienced in fitting, we have opportunities starting at an increased pay rate available, as well. GMF wants our employees to be as excited to be a part of our rapidly growing company as we are, so we offer a merit incentive for all welders. Pay rates include $180/Month as incentive for the first 90 days, and after 90 days, you will be eligible for our standard production incentive. Responsibilities Weld, burn cope, and punch as needed; adapt to a fast-paced, energetic, and innovative workspace; contribute to high-quality steel fabrication as part of a growing team. Qualifications Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and willingness to strive for GMF’s high company standards. Ability to pass all pre-employment screening including weld tests Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks Experience in fitting is a plus and may qualify for higher pay Salary Range $16 - $25/Hour Dependent upon experience Eligible for a Performance Bonus Hours Monday through Friday: 7:00AM - 4:30 PM Saturdays: 6:00AM-12:00PM Schedule adjusted according to workload; Occasional to constant according to schedule.
