Position Summary

Atlas Insurance is seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and passionate about helping clients understand and manage their insurance coverage.

This role will assist both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients with policy servicing, coverage questions, renewals, claims assistance, and general account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to personal lines clients in both English and Spanish.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Review coverage with clients and explain insurance options clearly.
• Assist clients through the claims process and communicate with insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive and professional communication.
• Support agency retention and customer satisfaction efforts.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Property & Casualty License required.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum two years of insurance agency experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agency management systems preferred.
• Spanish fluency may be evaluated during the interview process.
