Retail Display Merchandiser

Join Kellanova as a Part‑Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Norman, OK territory. This role involves merchandising, building, filling, and maintaining in‑store displays for 12‑20 hours per week. Hourly wage: $17.00‑$18.00. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Building Our Brands —Deliver superior in‑store merchandising service, ensuring proper rotation, placement, and facing of our products. Establishing Relationships —Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers. Can‑Do Attitude —Build displays with excellence; requires physical activity and occasional heavy lifting; manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment. We’re Looking for Someone With Ability to stand 8‑10 hours a day; stoops, kneels, bends, pushes, pulls. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders/step stools repeatedly, and reach above shoulders repeatedly. Ability to visit assigned store(s) during shift. Use of accessibility apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads. Ability to use a personal vehicle. Driving role: clear driving record for any violations or significant events within past 36 months. NOTE: This is a driving role requiring a personal vehicle. Work location: Norman, OK; must reside within 25 miles of the territory center. Mileage reimbursement and phone stipend provided.
