Retail Merchandising Supervisors

Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor Staples – Inclusive, team‑oriented retail culture. The role focuses on sales floor merchandising, signage standards, inventory management, back‑room operations, and customer service. Responsibilities Plan and execute product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels. Implement weekly planograms and seasonal promotional merchandising changeovers. Maintain accurate inventory controls (zero balance, return to vendor, returns to warehouse, cross‑channel returns, reserve online pick‑up in‑store). Deliver exceptional customer service and create an inviting store environment. Perform front‑end functions such as cashier, returns, and online reservations. Provide store leadership when scheduled as the “Manager on Duty.” Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Clear understanding of merchandising and retail operations. Experience leading and coaching a team and/or supervising others. Strong customer engagement and sales communication skills. Ability to handle many priorities and multitask effectively with limited or no supervision. Physical capability to lift, push or pull materials up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously. Key holder experience within a retail environment (preferred but not required).
