Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid) Wilmington, DE | Hybrid Schedule (WFH Mondays & Fridays) Salary: Up to $85,000 Base + Flexibility for Strong Candidates Full-Time | Direct Hire We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a growing legal team in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a newly created position supporting a busy litigation practice handling cases from initial filing through trial and resolution. What You’ll Do Manage litigation cases from filing through resolution and trial preparation Prepare, organize, review, and summarize legal and medical documents Handle pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, and production documents Conduct legal, factual, and docket researchCoordinate trial preparation and reporting for significant matters Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met Communicate professionally with attorneys, courts, and counsel nationwide Support attorneys with document drafting and case management Qualifications Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program – REQUIRED 5–6+ years of litigation paralegal experience Hands‑on Delaware court filing experience – REQUIRED Experience supporting cases from onset through trial/resolution Strong experience handling medical records and case documentation Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and proactively manage priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Professional/DC Bachelor’s degree – strongly preferred Preferred Experience Personal injury litigation Toxic tort litigation Why Join This Team?
