The average length of stay is 3–4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.Requirements:BSN preferred; RN license – N.H. state or any other compact state.BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire1 year previous RN experience in a Medical Surgical setting strongly preferred.Pay Range:$35.00 – $63.15The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
